Projects: We continue to build on our reputation, and we are increasingly requested to carry out contracts on a negotiated basis rather than by competitive tender.

We are currently carrying out contracts for the renowned architectural practice, Future Systems, designers of the futuristic press box at Lords, and for prestigious clients such as Howard De Walden Estates.

Recent projects secured include the construction of a new two storey house in Kingstown Street, Primrose Hill, designed by the design team at the innovative architectural partnership SMA. When completed, this project is bound to feature in all architectural journals - the larger plan area upper floor appears to float over the smaller plan area lower floor with no visible means of support.

Harris Calnan now have work in hand to see them through to next Summer, however, as always, we are keen to broaden our client base and welcome new enquiries, particularly on challenging projects such as that a Primrose Hill.
